sharemybooks is a discovery and information platform that helps people find and share books within their community. We connect users who wish to lend books with users who wish to borrow them. We do not own, store, handle, ship, or deliver any books. All content on the platform — book listings, library information, and user profiles — is provided by users themselves.
All physical arrangements — including but not limited to pickup, drop-off, delivery, return, and assessment of book condition — are made directly and exclusively between the users involved. sharemybooks has no involvement in, and bears no responsibility or liability for, any physical exchange of books.
By using sharemybooks, you acknowledge that you enter into any book-sharing arrangement at your own risk. sharemybooks is not a party to any agreement between users and cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, unreturned, or late books, or for any failure by either party to fulfill their commitments.
sharemybooks makes no representations about the condition, quality, accuracy, legality, or content of any book listed on the platform. Books are listed at users' own discretion. We are not responsible for the content of any book, nor for any harm arising from reading or relying on such content.

sharemybooks does not guarantee the availability of any book, the reliability of any user, or that any borrow request will be accepted or fulfilled. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sharemybooks and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages related to physical book exchanges, book condition or content, loss of property, or the conduct of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way that harms other users.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of sharemybooks after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
